Which weave should i get for graduation?I do not want my hair to be big and my cap wont fit!?

I would like Remy Wavy or Remy Curly but i am afraid that my graduation hat will not fit because i think its one size fits all. Has anyone had this problem or is there a way i can tell my hair stylist to not make it so big. i am getting a sew in weave and i just need advice. Should i just stay with straight hair and curl it myself or get curly or wavy???THANKS
