How do I stop my dog from hogging the toys?

These are dogs, not human children. They are behaving normally. I know you feel sad for Remy, but try to understand that in the canine world, Remy accepts this as the way things are (one dog always dominates another, and dogs would not like it if you interfered with the doggy hierarchy--they don't mind if they are not the dominant one, they just want to know what their place is). Maybe you don't need to do anything about it. You could save your money and stop buying toys. Or you could separate the two dogs and have some fun playing just with Remy sometimes.
