What do do on a birthday weekend to Blackpool?

It's mine and my sister's birthday in the middle of August, when we will both be teenagers. I'm going during Friday daytime, and coming home Monday night (about 4 days) and we need ideas on what to do and the prices, hotels around Blackpool and how I can stay occupied on the way there.
