Doctorate degree + girlfirend?

I am a very ambitious man, i am getting my doctorate degree in 1 year and I have a job too. I work practically day and night,.... daytime at my job and at night on my doctorate degree. I met a girl i really like but i don`t know i i could start a relationship with havin gso much to do. She seems to like me too, she called me on the phone to see how I`m doing. What should I do? She seems nice
