How to wrap up weave at night?

I have been wearing weave for years and I put it in a sort of cap but I heard it's better to wrap in a silk scarf! This weave is really nice it's the milky way saga remy gold pack the hair is beautiful and it's gonna be sewn in so ur opinion please and I need to no HOW to wrap it up
