What is the name of the website that only works when the room is dark?

One day I was stumbling and happened to land on a website that said the room had to be completely dark for it to work. It uses the webcam on your computer/laptop but after that i have no clue what happens after because it was during the daytime when i landed on the website. does anyone know this website?
