Took Tylenol PM in the daytime. Help with this question.?

Hey I took Tylenol PM in the daytime because Im on my period and was hoping it might stop. I heard it might but Im going to call my mom and ask her to but some Ibuprofin instead. So now Im sleepy a little and wondering if you know any way to not be sleepy. don't think I have any caffine though. Please help its in the middle of the day and do not want to go to bed yet. I am 12 btw.
