Is it okay to wear semi-dark makeup in the daytime?

i think any makeup look is typically fine to wear whenever. makeup's just a form of art honestly:) i mean of course you probably have the common sense to not wear a ton of makeup to say, oh i don't know, a job interview, or something professional. but i say go for it:)
