I cant fall asleep for multiple hours HELP?

Ok so it takes me multiple hours to go to sleep. I dont drink any sodas after 12 and i take 2 melatonins about an hour before i go to bed and i dont do any excercising for an hour before i go to bed. So when i do go to bed i just lay there awake doing nothing but rolli g around in bed trying to actually fall asleep. i m usually in bed by 10 but i dont fall asleep untill about 3-4am the next day and dont wake up till around 1pm at the earliest. I tried being active all day so that when i was going to bed id fall asleep but that just kept me up the entire night. Sometimes i cant even go to sleep and i fall asleep around 6pm and wake up in the middle of the night deeling awake and like its daytime. Usually when i stay up the whole nights its because i dont feel tired anymore and for some reason hyper. Can somebody please tell me what the hell is wrong with me and if theres a way for me to get rid of this problem
