How do I lower the humidity in my bearded dragon's tank?

I am getting a bearded dragon very soon. With the basking bulb and daytime bulb on, the humidity hovers between 50-60%... What can I do to lower it to 40%? I saw some people say that they used computer case fans... but I'm not sure...
