Does low dose Amitriptyline cause severe daytime drowsiness?

It affects my son the same way. Remember medication affects people differently. Amitriptyline doesn't do anything for my bad headaches, but a hit of Benadryl knocks me out. Ask for something else for your migraines. There are some shots you can get for migraines, so you may ask about that. good luck
