Anyone have any details about Leo's return to AMC?

I just heard yesterday that Josh Duhmel will be reprising his role as Leo du Pres on AMC sometime in August. Does anyone know if he will be alive or dead? He supposedly died back in 2003, but they never found his body. I hope so badly that he comes back alive and him and Greenlee leave together. I hate her with Ryan. Leo and Greenlee were my all time favorite daytime couple. I haven't watched AMC in several years, but I will be tuning in from now until the end to see how this plays out.
